Off to run. I'm taking a course today and tomorrow so running early.
And, well, LRB hasn't been starting the thread and is sick blah blah blah.

It is Friday and it is high time you act like it! I hit the rail trail early this morning for 7 easy miles. I went with the long sleeve shirt and gloves. Good call. My hands would have froze. Any colder and I'll have to bust out the winter hat. 43 degrees this morning. LR tomorrow morning. Hopefully I'll do better than the Buccaneers did last night.

Today is day 4 of having the stupid thing and I am doing my best to boot it in the ass.
Like my man B to the 3, I broke out the long sleeve top to go along with my gloves and got 6 done in temps of 42 degrees. Having the change of seasons is one of the few pleasures of living north but we also get the extremes on both ends so it balances itself out.
What is all this "RUN@WORK" Day stuff that is all over my FB feed, and why am I just hearing about this on RUN@WORK Day? It is also Talk Like A Pirate Day, which is more interesting in my opinion.

So our big boss is coming down next week and so far, there have been two fights between the bitch at work and another attorney. I am sure there will be drama next week. You know, between fucking adults. As a boss, I would be pissed if people bitch to me about stupid things like this.
Why am I up at 6:30 on my day off? I think I'll try to catch a few more zzzzs.

I will have to underbid LRB & Babs - 41 degrees for me this morning. Long sleeve shirt (although not a puffy one) over a short sleeve, but no gloves.

I don't know when the last time I needed long sleeves for running was. April? March? My hands did feel just a tad chilly when I was out Sunday morning, so that's a good sign!
I didn't run last night. My hip that was bothering me on Wednesday's run was hurting all day, and I just didn't feel like pushing it. So now I am cutting back earlier and more than I "should", but oh well! I did roll the heck out of everything last night, and feel pretty good today. Probably run 10 after work.
