    'Sup!

That would be a 7 mile easy run for the uninitiated, which is a piece of cake these days.

After my run this morning, the plan is to spend the rest of the day eating shit up while daydreaming about my next quality run this weekend.  Hey Imma dreamer, DON'T JUDGE ME YO!

Anyhoo, we'll talk more when I get back.  In the meantime, what is your plan for the day?

I saw the E and R and thought it was for Emergency Room, D'oh (facepalm).

Supposed to be Threshold speed work. Don't think I'll make it a Tempo run, but maybe a few reps of 7-8 minutes fast, and half that time recovery. I'll see how I feel.

You weren't the only one. My first thought was "What has LRB managed to do to himself?"

SRD for me. A friend and I had hoped to take our kids to a state park, but thunderstorms may scuttle that idea. Sad

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Hey, that's exactly what I did this morning, an easy 7 miler! Smile

I didn't double yesterday, got home from work extra late and didn't feel like putting off dinner any longer.  No worries tho, I'm still on track for a mileage PR this week. Smile

            Hope everyone is doing well!

12 miles with 8 at GMP. Kind of rough; 6 of the 8 were +/- 5 sec of GMP, but 2 were ~GMP+15. Overall had a tough time maintaining a steady pace. Sorry, no way I can hold that for 26.2.

Luckily today you do not have to, keep in mind you are in training.

'Morning!  Posting from my phone, sitting in a coffee shop with my five shot Americano.  Took the day off to attend DW's annual company outing, which means I'll be eating ALL DAY.

7 easy miles last night and 8 easy miles this morning, completing the PM/AM double.  My legs are a little tired.  Tomorrow and Saturday will be real easy days with a 10K looming Sunday.

                  Rock n roll.

Oops!  These things have no rhyme or reason sometimes, I just go with the first thought that comes to mind.

Morning! Another RD for me. Torrential rain was forecasted for this morning, so I slept in. I'll try to get back to it tomorrow. Smile

Morning all.  8 mile tempo run done last night, and today's is a RD.  My little hen, who was but a newly hatched chick this spring from my first broody, as started laying.  Her eggs are still really small, but are a pretty green-brown color.  They look like quail eggs.

                            Life is good.

Maybe broody #1 had a lil escapade that we didn't know about.  It might be time to get Maury involved. lol

Morning!  Since I took yesterday off due to the knee and I work from home today, I ran this morning 10 with 6 progressive (from easy to MP pace and faster) and the miles went great. It was 90F at the start and by 7am it was 94F so I did the last 4 on the TM.  Very happy with that run since it all felt easy in that weather and in those paces.  I'm back.
