Smaller By The Day
I've been posting from my phone all day, and thought I'd be able to catch up with personals when I got home. Well, I got home and attempted my quality run that was scheduled. It was obvious early that I wasn't going to hit my paces. So, I just ran some easy fartleks for 10 miles. I still didn't match my usual easy run...lol I think it's going to take a while to fully recover from this weekend's race.
