Put my 4 recovery in today after yesterday's track work.  Kinda cool, I had to take a day off this week & still put in 29 miles.  Significantly more mileage than earlier this year.  Feeling better each week.

Congrats to all the racers today......lots a great times showing there & training runs too!!  Everybody here on the BB is getting faster & longer!  Congrats.

And Kipsang???   What can I say..........that's not even fathomable to run 4:42 average for 26.2 miles because I can't run that for ONE MILE!!!

    What the eyyyaaffff!!!

     Randy

    Will run for scenery.

Yay for time and thick squishy flip-flops.  By late afternoon my body started feeling a heckuva lot better than it did this morning.  I took a 3/4 mile walk and managed not to look like a handicapped sloth zombie; at least now nobody laughed or asked if I needed help.

Now I just have to deal with two gnarly heel blisters before work  tomorrow - no flip-flops allowed !

      Stupid feet!

      Stupid elbow!

Robert, I hope that you've been enjoying your rest day.

        Oski, great riding.

Redrum - the overhead view always seems best to show just how fast those guys are moving.  The length of their strides, damn.

          3.9 regeneration run tonight.
