                  PleasantRidge- Are you training for anything specific this year?

                   

                  I have done a 5k in Sept and a HM in Oct both years i have been running.  That's probably the plan for this year.

                   

                  I really run for the day-starting warm fuzzies.

                    That is awesome!  I have such a hard time without the structure of a plan to follow and a race coming up.  But in the end, it really is about the warm fuzzies, isn't it?
