I'll gracefully accept the award, as this might be the last time I beat this group at anything. Smile

Waiting at the airport. Pretty boring

    Safe travels!

10 miles done. I noticed just before I started my run that the Hanson's plan was calling for a recovery pace today, not an easy one. I'm glad I caught that, or else I would have pushed the pace in a useless manner. I plan on a longer run on Sunday and I need fresh legs for it. So 9:10 exactly was my pace tonight. Pretty boring, but I toughed it out.

That 75F made me LOL. Right now, I am lucky if the heat index is not 85-90F at sunrise.

6 miles done in 83F. Hottest run of the year and 3rd hottest of all time.

It's been between 80-86F here for the last 2 weeks. Even on days it rains it's hot. I think I'm going to open the two garage doors tomorrow and leave them like that for the duration of my run. I don't care if people walking by see my ugly butt while I'm running and listening to some old rock radio station. They can laugh all they want, I can't take running with no air flow anymore...

I don't know how you took it in the first place.

                  93F here 60 dewpoint.

                  Asswhoopin!

Coach advise I do (4) 1 mile (instead of 5) in this weather and damn I am glad!!

                  so...(4)x 1 mile @ 5:47 (adjust from 5:31 for weather )

                  #1 was good

                  #2 sucked

#3 shyte! Blew up and struggled to finish

                  #4 solid!

                  8 total miles

Yeah I would be as well, but coupled with 93F and bright / hot sun .  No fun.
