I decided to back off on my mileage this week/end and instead of 10 miles I just went to the trails and ran 4 (I didn't have enough time for more than that). I went to USI's trails, and boy are they insane. Now granted they're probably not as crazy in elevation as some but 274 feet in elevation gain in just 4 miles is a lot for me, heck I can barely get 250 running 10 miles out here near my house. Anyways, I have pics of this beautiful trail though the pics just don't do justice for the inclines and roots and mud. It was an awesome run, I do love trails. It felt great to get out there and just enjoy nature and focus more on those uphill climbs and not spraining my ankle or slip and fall in the mud. I wish I could have been out there for an hour longer, but there's always another day.

Kewlness. I love trails too FS. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing. Those look a lot like the trails where I run in NW Louisiana. One day soon, when I get my smart phone, I'm going to blow this place up with pics dude, you watch.
Lol, my phone isn't awesome but it works when out running. Someday I am going to have to take my Canon T2i out on the trails and really get some photos.
Love it! I thought I would get in. This is from my run yesterday. It was such a beautiful day.
