I signed up for 26.2 yesterday so want my long runs to get done.

My minimum mileage has to be 150.

I'm adding 1 10 mile run in the beginning of the week, and hope they work out.

I'm running a mile late in the month and hope to beat 7:05.

          Love the Half

Same goal as last month which, by the way, I missed by a large margin.  275 miles.

            Short term goal: 17:59 5K

            Mid term goal:  2:54:59 marathon

Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life.  (I started running at age 45).

Mainly to stay healthy. We are going to China on June 29th, and I want to be healthy for the trip. I would like to get a 30 mile week in this month. I would also like to do a sub-21 5k. I will just have to see. My focus is getting ready for the trip.

              Personal Bests:

              800M - 2:38 (5/28/13) | 1 Mile -5:54 (5/28/13) | 3K - 11:55 (12/29/12) | 2M - 13:00 (12/1/12) | 5K - 20:00 (4/12/13) | 13.1M - 1:37:24 (2/3/13)

She has wanted to go to China for a few years. Our answer would be that she needed to be at least 10 years old so she could remember everything. The day of her tenth birthday she said that she was 10 now and ready to go. We even have permission to visit the orphanage where she lived the first 9 1/2 months of her life.

-continue to whittle training paces down to where they need to be for a 6:45 MP attempt this fall

                          Stay healthy..

The rest I'll take care of

                            1. Sub-4 marathon with strong finish

                            2. Quick recovery to get back into regular training

                              1. "Graduate" from physical therapy and be able to trust my knee on runs.

                              2. Get up to 30 MPW.

                              3. 100 miles for the month.

If 1-3, then maybe, just maybe- LR of 10 miles.  I won't push too hard for any of these goals, but that's what I think I'd like to see if all goes well.

Well I was overly ambitious on this one.

                                1. Will probably be able to get down to 1x/week after this week, knee is certainly getting better.

                                2. Nope.  High mileage 23.7.

                                3. Made it to 80.5 miles.  Actually got closer than any of the other goals, hehe.

So of course I haven't tried a LR.  Longest run is still 5 miles.

                                How did everyone else do?
