Not sure. It felt more like HMP than 10K, effortwise. I could've done forever. But still, my effort gauges are never good. I can feel like I'm running at 5K at 12mm and at 9mm, depending on the day.

Not sure either, LOL. They felt right today. But most of the days they do not. Today, the lungs were on par with the legs, let's put it that way. I know if I have a raceday where that happens, the PR is big. When not, I'm fucked. Most of the time I am fucked, so....
