Well, us Californicators definitely need it.  We're probably too stupid to live, honestly, but if we're more concerned about benefits for illegal aliens than we are desalinizing ocean water for ourselves, then maybe we deserve all we get.

And don't worry......despite any increase in rain we might get, it will only be equally matched by dramatic reports of landslides, sinkholes, homes sliding down hills, cars floating down under-engineered roadways and the like.

Sure glad there's federal aid........
