      I tried it on the trails one night back in November 2013.............. it was dark and nobody else but me and Rocky, I last 2 minutes before having to put my clothes back on.

      Hip Redux

        40 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes the recumbent bike and effffff it's still cold out.

         

          7 recovery.  The thermometers said -13 this AM .
