Thank you guys and gals!

I promised to my family that I won't have another one in this calendar year - so at least fall is out there is a ton of improvement that needs to happen to my HM time (have been pretty much stagnating for a year now) - want to address that

Great job in the heat!  I think you did a good job playing it safe, too many people push too hard when the weather is hot and pay for it.  How did you run a marathon without a watch, I didn't think that was possible!
