Look Lively Penguins, It's Wednesday! (Read 28 times)

      Happy Hump Day Penguins!

Gustav - We had the wind and heavy rain come through this morning.  I had hoped to get out in front of it but when the alarm went off I could hear the wind chimes chiming and the rain beating on the drive outside.  I rolled over and went back to sleep like the wimp I am.
      Damaris - Enjoy!
Doc - Hope you get in some TM time.
Kristin - Glad you enjoyed "race day".  Enjoy the game with your dad. Glad your knee is better.
Bin - 6M and "easy" don't go in the same sentance for me which probably explains why I don't have a chafing problem.
Mitch - Where are you in N Alabama?  I think you are in my neighborhood.  I live in Hartselle and work in Huntsville.
Scotty - I sort of envy you having a campus to run in.  I've always loved the atmosphere on a college campus.  I'm happy to hear about your wife's niece.
Hope's Mom - I hate it when work inteferes with the rest of life!
Zelanie - Enjoy going round and round at the track.
N-Bug - You'll be cute in pink.  Stay warm.
Rach - Enjoy PT.  I was in the Army back in the dark ages and have "fond" memories of PT.
CoralieT - 1.85 is better than nothing.  I rolled over and went back to sleep and did absolutely squat this morning.
Lauren - Busy day so far!
Ginny - Sounds like the rain came through and got a lot of us this morning.
She Can - Someone would have to recover me if ran 6 miles!

As mentioned above I rolled over and wimped out in the face of the storm this morning.  There's always the chance that I may get home in time to redeem myself tonight.

It's windy there at the moment. I just came through on my way home from work.

          Slow HM'ers

SRD for us.  Shoes finally dried out from yesteday's downpour so we should get out on the track tomorrow.  New Brooks GTS 13's  seem a little uncomfortable for my flat feet wearing them around the house.  Maybe I will try the Saucony Guide 6's or Ride 5's, since I like my Guide 5's and the 8mm heel drop.

Hi, guys.  Tough day at work and with the allergy shot, but I did my kickboxing.

Hope everybody has a nice night.
