You could start the dailies with that one, it cannot be any worse. lol
I just realized a 5k that is on my season schedule is tomorrow. I had written it off as improbable late last month and I guess that it is!
I did 9 miles tonight (it stopped raining for around two hours so I was able to do them outside). Nice run.
