De-Decorating today. So many ornaments...so little time. Don't think a run is going to happen today.
Cherie- DiCaprio is SO GOOD in this one!
I decided not to run today. Plus there are thunderstorms outside. I did get a copy of the new version of Daniels' Running Formula, though!
Oh, and another cool thing- a lady at Weight Watchers knitted me an ear warmer to use when I am running. I thought that was so thoughtful!
I got 6 miles done and no nose bleed!
Ive been using petroleum jelly up there a few times a day and also before my run.
Now Im sipping on a cucumber, swiss chard, apple, celery, ginger juice. So yummy and refreshing!
