      58.2.  If I hadn't tried the treadmill yesterday, I would have broken 60.  Oh well.  I'm shooting for 75 next month.

              21.5. Ha! Not a PB, but coming back from injury and taking it slow! Big improvement on January in which I only managed 3 painful miles the whole month! Smile

                A new PB. This am when I was almost done with my run 8.2 miles I ran to the end of the block and back to the house to get in the last .1.

                 

                I would have been pissed had my month ended at 149.9. Last sat my long run was 13.99 what the hell is that about.

                  After the whopping 4 miles I ran today, my total is 198.5 for the month. I might have to go home and run another 1.5. I like round numbers.

                      149.7.  Third highest monthly mileage total for me (I've only been running since April 2012).

                       

                      For March, I have just over 200 miles on my schedule, which will be a PB for me.
