        Okay, since the Mexican food thing came up...I made some BOMB ass fajitas a little while ago.  That's my go to food at any Mexican restaurant.  They go great with Dos Equis Ambar with a lime.

            I went with homemade Chinese tonight.  Beef & broccoli here.  So good!

              I met a friend for lunch today and went all out and ordered a Horseshoe Sandwich, a local favorite here in Springfield Illinois..........starts with a piece of toasted Texas toast, a hamburger patty topped with French fries and covered with a perfect white cheese sauce.

               

              I haven't had one of these since I went on a diet in May last year. Felt a little guilty about eating it, so i guess I'll run a bit further tomorrow.

                    Why do we do that?  I had a hot chocolate from Tim Hortons yesterday (try it one day it's really good) and only drank 8 ounces, then poured the other 4 ounces out!  That after running for a flippin hour!

                        Why do we do that?  I had a hot chocolate from Tim Hortons yesterday (try it one day it's really good) and only drank 8 ounces, then poured the other 4 ounces out!  That after running for a flippin hour!

                        It was easy........the fries get a bit soggy with all that cheese after a while. a few months ago i would have cleared the plate and not think twice about it.

                          Just got back from Mexican.... For those interested I had 2 blueberry margaritas on the rocks, we split chips with salsa and guacamole, and I had a taco trio on soft shell tacos- a fish, a shrimp and beef. Mmmm
