So how come everyone has an avatar pic but me? What am I doing wrong?

You have hit the same thing as many before you.

Your profile pic isn't the same as your avatar. Make sure you are loading a pic under FORUM PREFERENCES.

And once again Mr. Wizard (aka: Stevie Ray) explains the internet.
