It's been a while since I posted, but here's a quick update. Next week I will have been running for 10 months. I am now up to six miles 3-4 days a week. I am glad I found you guys, because you all motivate me to keep running.

My favorite threads are when someone tells us they have stuck with it. Most don't. Congratulations on being the exception.
Short term goal: 2:59:59 (November, 2013)
Mid term goal: Any race over 80% of top AG standard
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
