      Baboon, Jack - on a scale of ass fineness, where 0 includes People of Walmart and 10 is Beyonce... wait, what was the question?  The pain is way down.  Not 100% yet, but *much* better.

       

      Lily - it was difficult to spend so little time doing what has become my method of maintaining sanity.

       

      Fuzzy - Yes.  It's easy to fall into the trap of achieving a goal and immediately starting after another without thinking about what the previous one took out of the body.

       

      Brr - cool, hope you can go back now that you're fast Smile

       

      LTH - The biggest surprise was just how therapeutic the bike became, and how quickly it seemed to help.  Increased blood flow without further stress to the injury, maybe?  I also did some massage, working as far into the opening of the hip as possible, and found a spot that felt like tangled, taut rubber bands.  The next day was the first without sharp pain.

       

      RedRum - but, there's coffee downstairs from the pain cave.

       

      B+ - Hopefully, can't let it think that sloth is ok.
