Scotty, USUALLY the way I create adventure on a treadmill is to run 5 x 1 minute at 12.5mph and freak out the entire gym.
I once broke a treadmill doing something similar!

Ouch. In addition to my foot still being tender at times, kyukido tonight wasn't nice to my body. We started out doing forward rolls (think somersaults) - we were supposed to do 25 over each shoulder, but I only made it to 10 each, and the queasy feeling in my stomach is just now going away 3 hours later. Then we were doing some judo-style groundwork, and for some of it I was partnered with a guy my height+60 or 70 pounds, and I think he pulled the ligaments in between a couple of my ribs on one hold-down.
Looks like I'll be taking an URD tomorrow.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

You are pressing charges no doubt?
The whole idea of this class is to learn to take some knocks (actually, how to dodge them). Poor guy felt bad about it.
K.
Next time though we gonna put the B&B hurt on him!
I did the T25 DVD and 4 miles.
LRB, my shots are not in the ass!
