The best medals were the ones for "Jeff."

That's so wild.  I just went to read the medals post, and realized I had already read it like a week ago.  I stumbled upon it while googling about ultras and how people train for them. I had no idea who/what the oatmeal was.

Meh... I loved most of it but found the negativity towards people who go to the gym to be tiresome.

I'm aware that I take life too seriously.
