How tall are you, by the way? You're getting close to my weight, but I have the sneaking suspicion that you're taller.
5'9". I'm getting close to the point again where I need to consciously up the food intake. 60 miles I can usually eat normally and just maintain, but once I approach 70-80 I need more calories.
Yup, getting close to a B-minus. I'm 5'4" and would like to see the 120s again soonish, and not just right after a run!

I hit my goal HM at race weight of 144-145 after the race I was somewhere in the 130's. Ack! I am not a lithe dude that is a wee bit light for me...
