Beth, you and your DH both look super attractive and fit. And your friend, Joe, WOW @ him for BQing ---the first full he ran in the first year of running. That's amazing no matter what his age, and that he didn't even start until he was 62 is really surprising. Was he an athlete of some other sort before?

I like seeing my friends with their clothes ON!
RUN/BIKE/SWIM REPEAT
Aww, thanks She!
Yup, Joe is a pretty special guy and the most positive encouraging friend you can imagine.
One year at our local marathon they had a team of 4 total time component. Joe was
the oldest person running the marathon, he was on a team with my hubby, another friend
and our then 16 yr old son (who was the youngest person running the marathon). Thier team
came in 3rd place overall. It was a really special thing for our son.
No athletic history. In fact he spent much of his adult life 60lbs overweight. Pretty amazing!
He is determined that I'm going to BQ some day so he can come watch me. I hate to break
his little heart by telling him it's probably never doing to happen!LOL

Steph, Tomas is right! This was the first thread I opened this morning, I saw your picture and I thought :Aww... Steph is sooo adorable!" Great legs and I think I recognize a Lululemon sister in you. My DD gave me the same skirt for my birthday a few months ago. :-) I hope your leg is feeling better!
Oh hey Steph's back and still running! That's great news! Cute skirt!

Nice legs, Steph! Nice seeing you here! However, that second photo... Don't you dare EVER hurt such Great Legs again!

My 'dog" legs....
Of course, since I have to wear braces when I run, kind of hard to see all the legs...so here is one without braces....
