7.8 miles with 10x(150m strides), 6:41 pace.

FINALLY cleared to close on the house, it should be next week. Big grin

Just finished 4.5 slow miles at an 11mm pace. It was dark and cold and raining, and both DH and dd were napping, but instead of joining them I laced up and got off my butt.

Running for two!
