No race for me today. DH has a ton of work to do for a business trip he is leaving on tomorrow, and for me to take off for 5 hours in the middle of the day and leave him with DS just doesn't make sense. Especially since the race wasn't likely to be all that great for me. I am disappointed because I love the event, but it's an hour drive away and I wouldn't have been able to stay for the speaker this year anyway.

I will still run today, and I'll even try to do a tempo run with 5 miles at HMP or a little faster. Just no race.
