Hoozah, Oski!
8 miles done. Of course, as soon as I said, it's cloudy, the sun came the fuck out. Then it went away and the 75DP turn into WTF.

running is bad for you
Oatmeal shirt, Lemon shirt ... I'm getting hungry. And confused. People buy shirts ?
They do when all the event ones they get are boxy unisex cotton tees that are too big to actually wear.
Wickedly Average
Thanks for all the "nice job" posts!
I have to say that it felt pretty good. And just like last week's long run, around mile 8 or so, I was flirting with the idea of going much longer, but when I got near the end of the ruin, I knew that I wasn't going to be able to go much farther.
Legs really felt bad later in the afternoon, and the stairs have not been my friend since! Ibuprophen is my friend tonight. Hopefully, things will feel better tomorrow.
