Craig where in Australia do you live? And even though I don't "know" you yet, if you find yourself in NYC I would be more than happy to A) take you for a run on some awesome routes even though you'd have to slow down for me, and/or B) show you around not running

We live in Queensland which is Australia's North Eastern state, and is known as The Sunshine State. We live in the most populated area (the South East corner of the state) close to Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. It's one of Australia's premier holiday destinations, and a target for retirees, back-packers and tourists.

There are loads of man made canals, palm trees and we live literally 5kms from the beach. Although I've never been there, I think we'd be most like Florida.

Thanks for the offer to show us around if we get to NYC, that would definitely be on our list of places to go, and you can't beat local knowledge!
