          Coffee................. yummy

I do have to say or ask... is it just me or do a lot of kids (teens) that go these skate parks (skateboard, bike, etc) seem like obnoxious punks???? My first mile pretty much had a group (6) tagging along behind me, stopping, going, laughing and just being teens and then at a stop light, stopping right in front of me and spreading out so I couldn't go ahead and cross without walking into the grass which then they started going themselves. Luckily they picked up the pace and left.
          I don't know, maybe it's just me. :P

              Great job Bruce.

Thanks guys. It's a bit of a relief to end my streak (not that it was super-long or anything). Now I don't HAVE to run everyday. 623 miles in 61 days.

I vote for all of the above too!

10 miles in the 'burbs today after work, 45º and light rain meant shorts weather!  35 minutes at HM pace, 6:31 overall.  It was one of those days where even the tempo portion felt effortless and I had to hold back.

Passed a girl who was really moving, probably well under 8:00 pace.  I had crossed to the wrong side so as to not startle her, and on a hunch was going to ask "Boston?" but she had earphones in.  Great day to run.
