Yesterday I didn't feel anything, I actually felt pretty good so I went for a 3.5 mile walk that evening. This morning.... sore as hell! I woke up sore and with stiff legs. I plan on an easy 4 miler tomorrow, today I might go for another 3 mile walk or so and definitely some stretching.

Two days after a leg thrashing is usually when I'm the most sore. It's a good sore though...reminds you of how awesome you are.

I got that after my last race. Actually, I got it DURING my last race but it didn't really kick in for a day or two. It got better.
