      3 and a bit miles done. I think this was my 4th consecutive run that didn't suck, so I think I'm about to turn a corner.

       

      I had blueberry yogurt this morning.

        Beth, great workouts. That snow is jaw-dropping.

         

        B-Plus plus, yay! I'm glad I hear that things are improving.

         

        Ab work and push-ups are done. I'm going to bed.

              Oski, just to give you an idea:

               

              When she was in daycare, and another child joined the group, the teacher had each child (who could) introduce herself/himself, name one thing s/he liked, and name one thing s/he didn't like. My niece? "Hi, my name is M, I like chocolate, and I don't like stupid questions.

               

              lol

               

              Z, yogurt is the perfect recovery meal, for me.
