6yo DD set a new PR - 29:48 2nd in A/G (1-10)
It was a chilly morning but she wanted to run fast so I ended up carrying her run jacket for her.
Needless to say I am very proud of her, did great (even had a mantra the last 3/4 mile she started and chanted to herself on each exhale "I ... can ... do... this" she kept it up until the final kick)
Check the classic facial progression:
1. Beginning of race
2. Finish line Kick
3. Medal award (with Pose!)
Damn! That's awesome!
Damn, that's really fast!
