I feel fine for normal life, but for running I am drained. I was actually just attempting to research how long it takes to rehydrate and recover after a night of bathroom attendance.
I did look up last years times and spoke to a few folks. I hear it was in the high 30's last year instead of the mid 80's. The kid that was alone all by himself that I passed was last years winner (at 12 yo and sub 20) and was 2:30 minutes slower this year.
I suppose all in all, it was a 'good' race considering the conditions.
Note:
2011 & 2012 the times were a little more competitive - in the 17's.
