Nurse on the run
So I went for my longest run today and it was a hilly course. I noticed some slight twinges in my groin again where I'm recovering from my groin injury. I'm trying not to freak out. I'm going to scale back on bumping up my miles too much because I still think its healing. I remember you mentioned phantom pain in one of my posts before. Is this a real thing with running injuries? I've heard of psychosomatic symptoms and phantom pain in amputees, but never thought of it with this.
Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.
