I'm doing a 10k mud run tomorrow at Camp Pendleton but it's not really a race. I'm sure it is timed and all, but we are doing it for fun.
For me, it will not be a race, but I'll be doing some pacing for others that are graduating the NOBO program which is similar to C25K. I haven't run in 14 days, and if I can't run , I'll just walk in the back.

Herndon (Virginia) Festival 10K on Sunday. 1st race since a HM the end of March. This one's for fun (not too hilly, could almost jog to start as warmup), no PRs expected.
