Sorry if this has been covered. I am trying to upload from my Garmin. I have it plugged in to my USB, my computer has picked up on it, but when I try to upload it to this site, it says it is not connected. What am I doing wrong?

Did you click on the tab that says "Upload from GPS?"
Yes, and it says that it could not find any devices that were connected.

Misty, I had this problem yesterday, and after rebooting my computer (I am a tech genius...) it worked.
Okay, I figured it out. It connected long enough to get my logs in there, but now it's showing as disconnected again. So I guess I sorta figured it out?? Oh well, now my runs are in there for 2012 (rough year), so that's all that matters. Thanks!
