How can we log stalk you and see how your mileage is going when you haven't filled it in?  Boo.

Signing up for the race gets two thumbs up from me as well.  Hope you have a great time with your friend too!

Stalk me.....that's a good one! Lol! I am so not worth stalking!

If RA made it easier(or should I say Apple iPads) to upload my GC logs or my Wahoo Fitness logs to here while bypassing the Bhubanswar's laptop(lol....see what I did there!), I would. I thought I might transfer everything once a week but that idea lasted all of one time. Prying that laptop out of his hands, along with my dislike of Windows PCs, makes my logs an island unto themselves(insert tasteless toilet humor here).

So far, so awesome! Putting in some solid miles and doing what the Pfitz program tells me to. It's nice when you feel like you are heading in the right direction. Signing up for this after seeking opinions was great! Heck yes, I can do this!

      Edit:

And even more awesome.....my Tuesday night running buddy just decided to sign up for the half too! For sure, we are gonna have a great time now! Suh..weet!

You SO can do this and now your BFF is joining you?  YAY!!   I'm happy things are going to well, you fast girl, you!

I do see what you did there, since I read that thread.  The link that had the top 25 autocorrects set me into a coughing fit that lasted 30 minutes.  I was also concerned that the neighbors were going to call the cops due to the commotion in my house, and they're an acre away!

As for the tasteless toilet humor...I wash my hands of that!

        No more marathons

Just an FWIW - my HM and Full pr's are one week apart.  Not that I would recommend it, and I certainly wonder what that first marathon could have been (not really - that was the best I had that day).

So, racing, not just running a HM 7 weeks out should give you a great idea of your level of fitness for your marathon.

Lordy,  I hope there are tapes.

You already got a lot of affirmation that this was a great idea... and already decided to do it...

So i'll just say good luck and I hope both races turn out well for you!  FIrst half marathon is an accomplishment and you'll be following it up with a full marathon a few weeks later!  What an exciting spring!
