I love it when people ask me what my secret is, like I've somehow discovered a way to effortlessly drop 85lbs, and just forgot to tell the world about it. lol  Then they act surprised when I tell them that there is no secret, I just started eating less and exercising. 

I got the same reaction when I lost a ton of weight. They were really disappointed when I didn't have a miracle for them.
