Belated congrats here (I meant to before I posted my RR but I ran outta time).
You're straight, BA, Rick! If I'd have run your 19, I'd have won today's race cuz 1st place was like 20:48 here. I'm creeping my mileage up but still need more speed work (or speedwork at all) to get back to low 20's.
