        Nice run!!!

Well, I managed to get in my 11 with 6@HMP but it was almost nothing like I had originally planned. It turns out there was a track meet at the indoor track so I couldn’t run there after all. The problem was I didn’t have enough time to drive all the way back home to grab warm gear to run outside (I only had shorts & tech tee) so I had to resort to driving back to work to use the TM back at the office. That meant I was going to be tight on time so, I ran a quick 2 mile warm up, got in 6 more at an average pace of 7:32, a couple more miles on the TM to cool down and then ran 1 mile outside to REALLY cool down (18 degrees). I was also just able to make it on time to pick up my DW from work.

Sorry, but now I just don’t have the energy to do individual shout-outs to everyone … but I did read through all 5 pages. G’night all.

2013 Goals: Train smart ... race smarter. FM 3:30 then knock off 5 more minutes 90 seconds for the BQ.

5.12 miles done tonight. It was a little sluggish, but it felt good to get out and run again.
