- I didn't drop more, but I've been able to maintain at 175, which is good, still down 20lbs from my marathon in March, I'll take it.
- Nope, death in the family and crazy work schedule knocked me back a couple weeks (first two weeks of the month were both 100+mpw), I'll end up with around 310 with this evening's run.
- Nailed it! 38:12, a 2:01 PR from my 10k five months ago.

2. Yep - close to 90 once I get this run done today
