Love the submarine pup!
We're finally getting rain here -- it's been pretty much non-stop all day. I ended up doing the 4 mile "time trail" Pfitz calls for on the treadmill, which was far from ideal, but the track is closed to the public on school days, and doing a time trial on hilly terrain in the pouring rain didn't appeal to me. Ended up with 33:21 FWIW -- hard to translate to real running, but it felt like a good workout.
Life is good.
OOTB- Glad you're getting some rain, at least. Nice job on the time trial! I'm considering signing up for a 5K just so I don't have to run that time trial in the plan.
Hahaha, Z! Awesome pic!
I did 6 miles. First run that has not sucked, woot!

8.76 easy peasy.
Half day of work tomorrow, and then on Sunday I'll actually get to run with the new running club.
Will run for scenery.
Oops, no gym. Beer, fries and a Reuben instead.
Stupid feet!
Stupid elbow!
