        Hi dailies:

Heidi - that is a smoking fast run.  bow  If you ever decide to run a 5K, you might just beat most/all of the guys, let alone the women.

9.6 done, took my stuff to work and ran from there on luxuriously dry pavement before driving back home where it seemingly never stops snowing.  10x100m strides, 7:26 overall.

          Awesome run, Heidi! WOO HOO!!!

15.06 miles, first run outside this week, 7:49 pace. It was freakin' cold (40F is cold, right? Big grin). Hot bath was taken, soup eaten, I'm ready for bed. See you tomorrow, guys!
