No, you're right, this is MUCH better than ignoring people. (LRB, last one, I promise. )
We’ll pick ourselves up. We’ll keep going. We will finish the race.

That is how the group rolls everyone gives advice unsolicited or otherwise.
Not exactly.
How this group "rolled" in my experience prior to your arrival on the scene (limited though it may be) was as is described at the beginning of each thread: "While this thread is a terrific source of motivation for runners and serves as outstanding accountability, you’ll quickly find this remarkable group to be highly supportive of all life experiences."
Yours, Jedi, was the first post I've seen in which someone provided unsolicited advice that appeared to lack any supportive characteristics whatsoever. There are plenty of times when someone may post here or elsewhere on the forum a request for advice about their mileage, their pace, etc. And at that point, I think the person is fair game. But that wasn't the case here, so I'd respectfully request that you keep your advice to yourself until it is solicited.
bruce - nice interval and recovery too.
basya - enjoy the pasta and good luck
pink - enjoy the sun and RUN
scotty - like that conversion table

Not a dude
It does not surprise me, as you have a history of overreacting to everything. I didn't say anything in that group that we have not said in that group every day. Sounds like you didn't understand the dynamics of that group.
So this "history of overreacting" you're referring to seems to have originated from a time you lied and then publicly chastised her like a child. Now you're going to blame her for someone else acting like a jerk? I can't imagine why she doesn't like you. With friends like that who needs enemies?
!!LookAtmyAss!!

RUM AND CAKE!!!!
But trinkets are good too, and they're shiny and pretty!
@runjerseygirl
I prefer tequila.
Do you even run?
ME TOO!!!
Whoop! Your place or mine? Imma get toasted tonight!
Yes, tequila......... yum yum.
I like to mix mine though, some tequila and rum, sometimes with a Black Mamba (energy drink), so delicious.
I haven't done much drinking for over a year though........ the 10 months I was preggo and the 10 months of my beautiful little boy's life, but when I go out with family and friends, and someone can drive for me, you betcha ass I will have a couple margaritas!
I propose we funnel all the meltdowns into a single thread. One appears to have been generously created (or name-changed) for just that purpose.
