I am working on a RR, but you know that I tend to turn even 5K reports into War and Peace, so it's taking a while. I apologize in advance for the length. It's helpful for me to think everything through. Hopefully it will be up by tonight or tomorrow.
Just get it done before your second marathon!

10 miles tonight, with some sort of speedwork.

Mmmmm...beer
Hey everyone!
8 miles done, 10-12 more later.
Nice floater Andrea! I like to keep my arms lower and loose, but everyone has their own form. There's a woman out here on the ship who runs with her arms out and up, like someone is pointing a gun at her, very interesting form.

Former Bad Ass
Finally out of my deposition. If I was undecided about to file a complaint against this person, today's deposition made it clear it's going to happen.
Damaris
Done with red cord, my ass is now split to the back of my neck.
From the Internet.
Morning. I feel like shit, woohoo! Pilates and 6 tonight. Lauren, when I ran a 24:57, I ran a 51:25 10K, you can do it. I don't recall how that effort felt because of the asthma now but I remembered the second 5K loop felt like a 5K.

Hm interesting! Thanks for the input.. I think my plan will be to go out at 8:00 pace and try to pick it up at the end. As long as both halves don't have the pukey 5K feeling I'll be fine :P
Pilates followed by 6 miles done. Now I feel great. Will wake up feeling like shit I am sure.
No taper madness, whatsoever....
Hi dailies:
Rick - I've seen reviews stating that the arm version of the spur is bright enough to light your way. Are they really that strong?
Lauren - 10K is a tough distance.
D - at least it's not ebola?
Baboon - That's unsettling... usually *something* is screwed up upon returning from vacay.
DaveP - good workout there
Scotty - did you do an end-zone dance?
Free - nice pics, you look very focused
Jack - when the knots are massaged out, can you tell right away or is it after time?
Zel - long races are worthy of long reports
RGIII-0 - pj's aren't acceptable at the gym?
OOTB - keeping those chickens warm and toasty in fall
Lily - enjoy the speedwork
Marjorie - hi
D^2 - do they have you hooked up to a giant paddlewheel yet?
10 easy on the TM. The lady next to me was actually running! -- too little of that going on, and too much puttering at a bare-minimum jog or walk. It made me happy.
Supposedly I did 10 and a bit with some speedy stuff mixed in, but this may not have actually happened since my Garmin won't upload.
