    Hi everyone!  Reading about all of your running is making me want to get out and go, but that's not happening today. We got another 12" of snow today. Our work site was closed but I still had to do some work from home because my boss needed some info from me.  DH and I spent about an hour shoveling, and that is going to count as my workout today (and maybe I'll do some yoga tonight to ward off the soreness from the shoveling).

     

    I have  a ten-mile race on May 4th. It's going to take some hard work to be ready for that, after being such a slug this winter.

    Skirt Runner

      Had a snow day today. Went to the gym for like 2.5 hours. Did 2 miles on the elliptical, 3.5 on the TM, lots of strengthening exercises and stretched for a good long time. It was the best run I have had... I felt really good, even though I hate the TM, and increased my running intervals all the way to 9 minutes run and 1 minute walk..... I think I feel ready to drop the walks.
