    Howdy Penguins.

     

    I had physical training with my Airman Leadership School class and we did something called 20 downs. You run 1 lap around the track, then proceed to do 20 pushups and 20 situps. Then you run another lap around the track, then proceed to do 19 pushups and 19 situps. You do this all the way down to 0. Time consuming, but kick butt workout. I have to say I was wobbly all over by the time we were done!

        Mitch - if I can get through the winter uninjured, I'll probably do Gettysburg on April 26.  It's only an hour from home, so I can sleep in my own bed, and it's supposed to be well organized.
