Apparently sitting at my desk for too long makes my incision twingey. Had a nice walk with a cup of hot chocolate and that made it better Recovery is not so bad I suppose.

My computer is in patch hell. Our IT department is pushing out patches, which come to my computer without my say-so and require reboots (again without my say-so). I'm up to six reboots, or maybe it's seven. I've lost count. Which means I am doing no work today at all. I'm playing games on my phone instead.
When it's all said and done, no one remembers how far we have run. The only thing that matters is how we have loved.

Gym and 2 slow recovery miles for us. Might have to get out the long tights tomorrow.
We ended up doing 3 1/2 miles hiking in the forest. The trees are almost bare. Path is treacherous because the leaves cover the rocks, roots and acorns. Still, it was a nice hike.
