I now have a prescription for ABx because the "groin" pain might be just an infection. So, no alcohol for me this weekend, sigh. Sniff.

Well, mountain run didn't happen, then normal trail run didn't happen, and then I finally got out for a run a bit later than I would have liked. But it turned out to be pretty great. I knew I was in for a fast run when I hit the 2nd mile in 7:45. Averaged about 7:20, with the last mile sub-7. Oops!
