First of all, I have to say that I agree with MrNamtor's views, which he expressed well in the Facebook thread. Lists of this type are never a good idea... Everyone has something to offer and it is not always through a picture that we see one's best qualities.
Anyway, I would never be a good judge for something like that. I have a very distorted view of male hotness. Show me a man with a good heart, a great sense of humor and intelligence to match, and I see a sexy man. Doesn't matter if he comes with a beer belly as well. I guess I'm many years past the physical obsession... sigh... But hey, I still dig a strong and manly looking dude on occasion, though. :-) I have a few favorite men around here, based on their posts and general attitude. No top 5 hot list, though. Actually, I want to give everyone an A+!
